Life is full of surprises, and you just never know when one might come along to spoil your fishing adventure of a lifetime. Due to our short season and the need to plan far in advance, all monies are non-refundable. If you must cancel your scheduled week, notification of cancellation must be received in writing. We will offer you the option to move your trip to another week if there is space available. In the event that none is available, substitutions are always recommended.

We strongly urge you to consider Travel Insurance either through your Travel Agent or through the Goodnews River Lodge at the time of your reservation. For your convenience, we have provided a link to enable you to purchase Travel Insurance directly from Travelex, one of the industry’s leading providers. Please click HERE to request a traveler’s insurance quote. Please be sure to enter the location code 22-0140 on the quote page and on the buy page when purchasing traveler’s insurance. You should also check with your credit card company or bank to see if they offer protection on missed flights. We suggest you consider Medical Evacuation Insurance, available through Global Rescue.

If Goodnews River Lodge cancels a holiday, a full refund will be provided, except where the performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is prevented by circumstances amounting to “force majeure”. Such circumstances shall include, but are not limited to, war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorism, strife, industrial disruption, natural disasters, fire, technical problems, or accidents with airports, ports, or transport, inclement weather, governmental action, and similar events beyond our control.
